So here goes: We are adding pineapple to our pizza special.
Stay with us as you know we’d never serve you just any run-of-the-mill pizza.
Our prosciutto and pineapple pizza starts with an extra virgin olive oil base and is topped with both fresh mozzarella and smoked mozzarella di bufala. We add house roasted red peppers and house pickled peppers before draping it with prosciutto di Parma. Next comes juicy pineapple, a dusting of Pecorino Romano and a 90-second blaze in one of our 800-degree ovens. Synergy takes over, and the sum is greater than its parts resulting in a well-balanced, salty, sweet, smoky, and delicious pizza created with the utmost care!
For pineapple pizza lovers, this one is right up your pineapple alley. For those of you a bit more hesitant, give it a whirl, and we are betting that you will be pleasantly surprised.
