Spring Winemaker’s Dinner
Thank you to the guests who joined us for our first Winemaker’s Dinner of 2016 on May 10th. It was a delight to hear about each of the five wines served directly from the winemaker, as well as tales of the Tutta Bella team’s April Cultural Immersion tour of Southern Italy. The specially prepared 5-course menu, created by Kitchen Manager, Dillon Varrelman, inspired by his his recent trip.
Thanks again to Winemaker Ludovica Cisa Asinari Di Grésy e Casasco from the famous Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Gresy. Her knowledge and passion for wine was clear as she shared details about each pairing. Her family’s Nebbiolo vineyard in Piedmonte, Italy is considered to be one of the greatest single vineyards dedicated to the production of Barbaresco DOCG.
Also, thank you to Hayley, Tutta Bella’s wine manager and General Manager of our Bellevue location, and her team for the amazing service and hospitality! In response to several requests for an encore event, there is a fall winemaker’s dinner in the works!
