Shawn Findley

Beer and wine are extremely prominent where Shawn grew up in Eastern Washington. After graduating from Central Washington University, he moved to Las Vegas where his love for craft cocktails really started. Working in the nightclub industry, he became fascinated with cocktail culture and the intricacies of balancing flavors. Shawn was enticed by not only the diversity and complexity of different spirits, but the seemingly endless possibilities for blending flavors to suit individual tastes. He truly enjoys the immediate feedback you can get following that first sip from a cocktail that you’ve created with someone else in mind.

“The cocktail development program here really provides a creative outlet for us to not only think outside the box but also educate our clientele on some of the remarkable liqueurs that have been produced in Italy for centuries.” The opportunity to collaborate with Tutta Bella’s talented staff, vendors, and regular guests across our five locations is what excited him the most about becoming the Spirits Program Manager for Tutta Bella.
