Featuring: Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore Wineries


Our Fall Wine Dinner will feature a 5-course menu paired with 5 wines from two of the most prestigious wineries of the Friuli Venzia Giulia region (Collio district)  – Felluga and Russiz Superiore Wineries.


Each pairing will be introduced by Tutta Bella’s Executive Chef and the winemaker.

5-Course Menu:

Inspired by the local cuisine of the Collio District, which includes Austrian/Italian influences. 

Prosciutto di SanDaniele e Frico – Prosciutto di San Daniele with Montasio cheese crisps

Cozze alla Triestina – Mussels with white wine, bay leaf, parsley and bread crumbs

Jota – Soup of braised pork, smoked pork sausages, borlotti beans, potatoes and housemade sauerkraut

Goulash Triestino – Beef braised with onions, paprika, fresh herbs and tomato.  Served over polenta

Strudel di Mele con Noci – Apple strudel with candied walnuts and whipped cream
