Celebrating Northern Italy
Our Fall Wine Dinner was a memorable night of storytelling, history, culinary delights and exquisite wines. The 5-course menu was paired with 5 wines from two of the most prestigious wineries of the Friuli Venzia Giulia region (Collio district) – Felluga and Russiz Superiore Wineries. Thank you to our friend, Gianfranco D’Aniello from Dalla Terra for connecting us with these stellar wineries.
Each pairing was introduced by Tutta Bella’s Executive Chef, Brian Gojdics, and the winery’s Export Manager, Michele Pasqua.
5-Course Menu: Was inspired by the local cuisine of the Collio District, which includes Austrian/Italian influences.
