The Tutta Bella Story

Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria lives true to its mission and values in order to continuously improve its business, while also making a positive social and environmental impact. By dining with Tutta Bella, guests help to invigorate the region by supporting local northwest companies and the pizzeria’s non- profit partners.

Tutta Bella has shared the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine, nourished lives, and made a difference in our communities. With exceptional service, guests, family and friends can relax and enjoy authentic wood-fired pizzas, pasta, antipasti, salads, desserts, craft cocktails and Italian wines.

In 2012, Tutta Bella brought Neapolitan pizza to President Obama as Air Force One sat on the tarmac at Paine Field in Everett during his visit to Seattle.

Biannual Cultural Immersion Tours

Every two years, Tutta Bella founder Joe Fugere takes a group of managers on a trip to Italy to experience the country as he did when he apprenticed as a pizzaiolo in Naples. This fully-paid excursion allows them to meet suppliers, connect with their accrediting body (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), and learn more from local, Italian community members about culture and food. Their last trip was in April 2016 and they have a multitude of stories and photos to VPN Certification.

VPN Certification

In 2004, Tutta Bella became the first certified Neapolitan pizzeria in the Northwest. Tutta Bella is certified as “true Neapolitan pizza by the cherished accrediting body, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). Tutta Bella pizza follows strict adherence to the culinary discipline of the VPN – from the preparation of raw ingredients to the cooking method in an approved wood-fired oven. Only organic pomodoro di Napoli and fresh mozzarella, herbs, and yeast are permitted.
